The knowledge base, guides, and training video sections below are not yet produced. This page lists them with their exact status so nobody arrives expecting material that is not there. The pages that do exist are listed first, because they are the ones you can use right now.

Knowledge base
Step-by-step answers for specific tasks — how to record something, what a field expects, why a number moved.
Status: No knowledge base articles are published in this build. The capability descriptions on the features page are the current reference for what the product does.
Required before this section can be published
- Article list with permanent links (one link per article, not per topic)
- Which product version or edition each article was verified against
- A named owner and a review date for each article
- Which regions or tax setups an article does and does not cover
Product guides
Longer documents for setting something up: getting started, migrating records, configuring a workflow end to end.
Status: No downloadable guides exist yet, so no document links are offered here — a link that returns a 404 is worse than an honest gap.

- The finished documents themselves (PDF or hosted page), one per task
- Which edition and version each guide applies to
- Whether a guide is maintained for every locale the site supports
Training videos
Recorded walkthroughs for teams that prefer watching a workflow to reading about it.
Status: The video library has not been produced. This section intentionally contains no embedded player and no placeholder thumbnails that imply finished recordings.

- Hosting decision (self-hosted files or an external video platform)
- Captions or transcripts, so the content is usable without sound
- Durations and the workflow each recording demonstrates
- Refresh policy for recordings that go out of date with the product

Is there a free edition of Boklink Accounting?
The pricing page lists a free edition alongside the paid ones. Read the current figures and per-edition limits there rather than relying on a summary here — prices and limits change, and the pricing page is the maintained source.
Can we evaluate the product before committing to an edition?
Yes. The trial request page starts an evaluation of the Accounting product line so you can work through your own workflows first. If you would rather see a specific scenario handled live, request a session instead.
Which edition covers a particular capability?
The pricing page is organised so each edition states what it includes. The features page states what the product does and marks feature availability, so the two pages answer different halves of the question.
Where are the customer stories?
The customers page says plainly that verified stories are still being collected, and shows the business scenarios that are already described. Nothing on this site presents an unverified story as a customer reference.
Why does this page not list articles, guides, and videos?
Because they do not exist yet. Publishing the section structure without the content, and labelling it clearly, keeps the site honest: you can see what is planned and you can see what is live today.
How do I report something in these resources that is wrong?
Use the contact page and include the address of the page you were reading. Corrections are more useful with the exact wording that misled you, and with the edition or region you were working in.
Corrections and requests
If a page here is wrong, out of date, or missing the detail you needed, say which page and which wording. Requests for material that does not exist yet are just as useful — they set the order in which the knowledge base, guides, and videos get produced.

- Which format would have helped: a written step, a guide, or a recording
