Accounting FAQ
Frequently asked, answered plainly
Every answer below only states things this site already says elsewhere — each one points to the page that is the maintained source for the detail.
Editions and pricing
Is there a free edition?
Yes — the pricing page lists a free edition alongside the paid ones, with its user limits stated there. The pricing page is the maintained source for every figure.
What separates the paid editions?
Each edition on the pricing page states what it includes and its limits. Compare them line by line there, or open the detailed comparison page linked from it.
Do prices on the site include taxes?
The pricing page states the figures as published; region-specific taxes and invoicing terms are handled during the trial or ordering conversation rather than summarized here.
Trial and evaluation
Can we try the product before choosing an edition?
Yes. The trial request page starts an evaluation so you can work through your own workflows first.
Can someone walk us through a specific scenario?
Yes — book a session and describe the scenario; the walkthrough covers that workflow live rather than a generic demo.
We found a gap during the evaluation. Where does that go?
Send it through the contact page with the page and wording that did not match what you saw. Evaluation feedback is triaged with the same route.
Features and availability
Which edition covers a particular capability?
Two pages answer this together: the features page states what the product does and marks availability; the pricing page states what each edition includes.
Is there a list of everything the product does?
The features page is that list, including the AI-in-accounting section. Every capability there links to its own detail page.
Where are the customer stories?
The customers page says plainly that verified stories are still being collected, and shows the business scenarios already described. Nothing on this site presents an unverified story as a reference.
Support and corrections
Which support route should I use?
The support page maps each kind of question to the route that answers it — evaluation questions, product usage, and corrections are different entries.
Something on these pages is wrong or out of date. How do I report it?
Use the contact page and include the page address and the exact wording. Corrections that name the misleading sentence are the fastest to fix.
Why do some resource sections say content is not produced yet?
Because it is not, and an honest gap is more useful than a broken link. The knowledge base, guides, and video pages state their exact status and what is planned.
Question not here?
Ask it through the contact page — new questions with general answers get added to this page, and product-specific ones go to the right support route.
